Transparency
All Sible products are responsibly made in China. Our manufacturing operations are LFGB certified, meeting standards for quality and safety.
We ship by train and sea to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible and introduced a reusable drawstring bag for every Sible to eliminate all plastic in the delivery process.
Both cup and bottle are BPA free, made from food-grade silicone and polypropylene. Silicone can be recycled at specialist centers and polypropylene at all standard recycling sites.
It is a long road to perfection, but our sustainable journey is continuously evolving to be as carbon neutral as possible.
The Facts
Currently, we use 7 million disposable cups every day -
2.5 billion cups are thrown away every year, and less than 1% are recycled.
Just under 300 million tonnes of plastic are manufactured every year, around half of which ends up in our ocean, making up 80% of all marine debris.
The equivalent of one rubbish truck full of plastic is dumped into our oceans every minute, and by 2050 there will sadly be more plastic in the oceans than fish.
