We always kindly ask our customers to allow a little extra time during exceptionally busy shopping periods such as Christmas.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: £2.95 (up to 2 working days)
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION At Sible we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated timescales but as we use a third party courier to deliver your goods, delays can occasionally occur and Sible shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. We always kindly ask our customers to allow themselves a little extra time during exceptionally busy shopping periods such as Christmas.If you have not received your items within 7 working days, please contact us and we will look into your delayed delivery as a matter of priority. Unfortunately we are not able to delivery to PO boxes.For delivery of wholesale orders or overseas orders, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a special delivery of your goods.
DISPATCH At Sible we normally dispatch your order within the same or next working day. It might take longer during very busy periods. Express deliveries are always packed and dispatched as a priority. Please note, our working days are Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. IMPORT DUTY It is important to note that customers living outside of the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays and additional costs. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
RETURNS At Sible we strive to meet your full expectations, not only by providing you with high quality products but also by providing an excellent service. If, however you would like to return your order, please e-mail us at email@example.com we will then agree either a refund or an exchange, please be advised that refunds can only be processed on faulty goods. Once we have received the goods we can then process your refund or exchange. We kindly ask you to follow the below steps when returning your goods:
Upon receipt we will refund the price of your order.Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of any postage and packing unless the product is faulty. This returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
